Easy Satay Noodles
Materials
- 4-5 tbsp peanut butter
- 2 tbsp soy sauce (ideally low sodium)
- 2 tbsp sriracha sauce
- 1½ tbsp maple syrup or honey
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 4 cloves garlic (finely minced or crushed)
- ½ tsp chilli flakes (optional)
- 2 servings egg noodles (based on the instructions on the pack)
Instructions
- In a pan of water, boil the egg noodles as per the instructions on the package. This most certainly will be less than 10 mins.
- In a bowl, add all the other ingredients and whisk thoroughly to form a satay sauce.
- Drain your egg noodles, leaving them in the pan add the satay sauce and heat on a low heat for 2 mins whilst thoroughly mixing the sauce. Serve and enjoy!
