Pomegranate & Lemon Mocktail
Equipment
- 1 Blender
- 1 Sieve
Materials
- 1 medium pomegranate
- 3 cups water
- 5 tbsp lemon juice (fresh or from a bottle)
- 2 tsp honey
Instructions
- Shell your pomegranate so you have the seeds removed.
- Place the water, pomegranate seeds, lemon juice and honey into your blender. Blend for 2 mins.
- Using a sieve, strain the juice into glasses and enjoy!
