Lamb Chops - Mutton Chops Recipe

Succulent, mouth watering flavourful lamb/mutton chops marinated for only 1 hour and cooked in a pan. A very simple recipe but a firm family crowd pleasing recipe.

Equipment

  • Large bowl
  • 1 Pan
  • 1 Wooden spoon
  • 1 Meat tongs

Ingredients
  

  • 8 medium Lamb chops or mutton chops

Marinade

  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • 3 tbsp Lemon juice (fresh or from a bottle)
  • 3 tsp Dried rosemary
  • 3 tsp Dried thyme
  • 3 tsp Dried oregano
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 2 tsp Himalayan pink salt
  • 1 tbsp Garlic - crushed

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, mix all the marinade ingredients.
  • Add the lamb or mutton chops to the marinade and thoroughly coat the meat.
  • Place the bowl in the fridge for an hour.
  • In a non-stick pan, place the meat chops and cook on each side for approximately 5 mins. Check to see if the meat is cooked (depending on your preference and thickness of the meat chops). Serve and enjoy!
