Refreshing Pineapple and Cucumber Smoothie

Equipment

  • 1 Blender or smoothie maker
  • 2 Glasses/cups

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Water
  • 100 grams Frozen pineapple
  • ½ small Cucumber
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice (bottled or fresh)
  • 2 tsp Ground ginger

Instructions
 

  • Place all the ingredients in a blender and mix until fully blended. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

  • If you only have fresh pineapple to hand, cut these into small chunks and pop them into your freezer for 2 hours beforehand.
  • This recipe lasts for up to 1 day in the fridge. You could freeze this but given how easy it is to make, we recommend making this fresh every time you want to consume this smoothie.
