Easy Satay Noodles

Ingredients
  

  • 4-5 tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce (ideally low sodium)
  • 2 tbsp sriracha sauce
  • tbsp maple syrup or honey
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 4 cloves garlic (finely minced or crushed)
  • ½ tsp chilli flakes (optional)
  • 2 servings egg noodles (based on the instructions on the pack)

Instructions
 

  • In a pan of water, boil the egg noodles as per the instructions on the package. This most certainly will be less than 10 mins.
  • In a bowl, add all the other ingredients and whisk thoroughly to form a satay sauce.
  • Drain your egg noodles, leaving them in the pan add the satay sauce and heat on a low heat for 2 mins whilst thoroughly mixing the sauce. Serve and enjoy!
